Feel the Power: Bajaj Auto has launched the updated 2025 Dominar 250 and 400 in India, with new features and better comfort. The Dominar 400 priced at ₹2,38,682, and the Dominar 250 costs ₹1,91,654.
The biggest change in the 2025 Dominar 400 is the addition of Ride-by-Wire technology, which allows riders to choose from four riding modes: Road, Rain, Sport, and Off-Road. These modes adjust how the throttle and ABS work to suit different riding conditions.
The Dominar 250 still uses a regular mechanical throttle but now also comes with four ABS-based riding modes, giving riders more control and flexibility on various roads.

This new display is bonded glass, comes with a built-in visor to reduce glare, and improves visibility while riding. For better long-distance safely comfort, Bajaj has also redesigned the handlebar and also added a GPS mount built into the rear carrier—making the bikes more touring-ready straight from the showroom.
Mechanically, there are no changes.
- The Dominar 400 is still uses a 373cc liquid-cooled engine that makes 40 bhp and 35 Nm of torque.
- The Dominar 250 also continues with its 248.8cc engine, producing 27 bhp and 23.5 Nm of torque.
Both bikes have a 6-speed gearbox, and a slipper clutch for a smoother gearshifts.
At the launch, Sarang Kanade, President of Bajaj’s Motorcycle Division, said that the Dominar is more than just a bike—it’s a way to explore real-world experiences. He added that travel builds character, strength, and perspective, and that the 2025 Dominar range is designed for people who are ‘Born to Sprint’ and ‘Built to Tour’. He called this update more than just a refresh—it’s a bold statement for riders who are ready to take on the open road.
