Dilip Joshi who is best known for playing is role Jethalal in the popular TV show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah have surprised fans with his incredible weight loss journey. The 57-year-old actor have recently shed 16 kilograms in just one and a half months—not through gym workouts or strict diets, but by sticking to a very simple 45-minute daily run.
Joshi shared that his transformation happened years ago when he was preparing for a film role
At the time, he worked for a regular office job and made it a habit to run every day after work. He would change at a swimming club and jog from Marine Drive to the Oberoi Hotel and back, even if it there was a rain. This routine took him around 45 minutes each day, and within 45 days, he had lost about 16 kg.
