Bollywood actress Nargis Fakhri have been caught once again on spotlight but this time not for a Film Role but for her intense wellness routine . In her recent interview she have revealed that she had undertaken a nine day water fast only twice a year she usually do this for physical and spiritual cleansing.
A Detox Like No Other
Nargis have shared that during this fast , she only consumes water for nine continious days without a single bite of food. She admits that this procedure is extremely difficult but she have also noticed some visible results wit ha sharper jawline , more glowing skin with a sense of internal reset.
This is an extreme form of fasting which is often reffered as water fasting and is believed to detoxify body and improve mental health and clarity however one should only do it with medical supervision only.
