Redmi Turbo 5 and Poco X8 Pro Model Numbers Surface on IMEI Database, Hinting Imminent Launch

Redmi launched the Redmi Turbo 4 in China earlier in 2025, and it was released in the other countries as the Poco X7 Pro. Now, new reports are starting to share details about the next model, the Redmi Turbo 5, which might be launch in January 2026. According to XiaomiTime, both the Redmi Turbo 5 and its global version, likely called the Poco X8 Pro, have also appeared in the IMEI database. These listings also reveal the model numbers of the two phones.

Redmi Turbo 5 / Poco X8 Pro Model Numbers Emerge in IMEI Database

According to a new report, a Xiaomi phone with the model number 2511FRT34C has also appeared in the IMEI database. This device is believed to be the upcoming Redmi Turbo 5.

In addition, two Poco devices with the model numbers 2511FPC34G and 2511FPC34I have also been spotted. These are expected to be the global and Indian versions of the Poco X8 Pro.

It’s important to note that while these model numbers have also been found in the IMEI listings, the official names of the devices have not yet been confirmed.

Redmi Turbo 5 / Poco X8 Pro Specifications (Expected)

According to the recent reports, the Redmi Turbo 5 is expected to come with a 6.6-inch flat OLED display offering a sharp 1.5K resolution. It may be powered by the Dimensity 8500 Ultra chip and feature a slim and lightweight design with a metal middle frame for added durability and the premium feel.

Redmi 15 and Note 15 Series Also in the Pipeline

Redmi is also working on its next-gen numbered series. The Redmi 15 lineup is expected to launch globally soon and may include:

• Redmi 15 5G
• Redmi 15C 5G
• Redmi 15 (4G)
• Redmi 15C (4G)

Meanwhile, the Redmi Note 15 series — which includes the Note 15, Note 15 Pro, and Note 15 Pro+ — is reportedly scheduled to launch in August in China.
