While giving his historical address to Ghana Parliament, Prime Minister Narendra Modi have delivered a ironically moment in the best way that grabs everyone attentions.
He started with “India has over 2500 political parties Speaking on democracy, PM Modi described India as the “mother of democracy,” stressing the importance of openness and dialogue in a democratic setup.
The remark have drew laughter and amazement from Ghanaian lawmakers, highlighting just how vast and diverse India’s democracy is.

“Hamare liye loktantra system nahi, sanskaar hai,” PM Modi deliverd this in Hindi.
He then repeated the sentence in English, ” For us, democracy is not just a system, it is a part of our fundamental values he then went on to showcase India’s democratic scale:
20 different political parties governs India’s various states, the country have 22 official languages, and thousands of dialects are spoken all over the region.
Following PM Modi’s address, Alban Kingsford Sumana Bagbin, Speaker of Ghana’s Parliament,repeated and said the humongous figure of “2,500 political parties”, which elicited laughter from Ghana MPs as well as from PM Modi.
This visit marked the first by an Indian Prime Minister to Ghana in three decades and is part of PM Modi’s five-nation diplomatic tour. After Ghana, he’s all set to visit Trinidad and Tobago, Argentina, Brazil (for the BRICS Summit), and Namibia.
