Anshula Kapoor Reveals her Childhood trauma

Boney Kapoor daughter Anshula Kapoor have recently opened up with a very personal and deeply chapter of her life saying that many children those parents get separated may relate to. In a recent interview she have revealed that when she was young she have initiated with her parents separation and have blamed herself for their split.

At just six years old

Anshula believe that her arrival had disturbed the harmony of her parents lives she by recalling everything says that everything was fine until she came along and her presence somehow caused the disturbance all this started with the birth of her half sister, Janhvi Kapoor.

Parents have assured their separation had no connection with her

She beliefs that these were shaped by the limited understanding of a child trying to make sense to an complex adult situation. Anshula even overheard the conversations—relatives or friends—may have contributed to the narrative that she havd built in her own mind.

Anshula have also clearly opened up on how her growing up in a single-parent household during the 1990s and early 2000s felt so isolating. At the time, such family structures were very less and societal understanding was also limited.

Despite all these challenges

Anshula has than emerged with a sense of clarity and resilience. She have spoken openly about her healing process and how she have worked through all these emotional scars in her early years. Her story is not just about pain its about ones growth , understanding and strength.

Today, Anshula maintains a low profile as compared to her siblings but she has recently stepped into the spotlight with her appearance on the reality show The Traitors. Her openness about her childhood experiences has resonated with many people , offering with a rare glimpse into the emotional complexities that often lie behind public personas.
