Aditya Dhar’s spy blockbuster Dhurandhar has had one of the most layered digital journeys of any recent Hindi film. After a theatrical release on December 5, 2025, and a record-shattering run at the box office, the Ranveer Singh starrer arrived on OTT in stages — first on Netflix, and later in a special uncut edition on JioHotstar. Here is the complete picture of when and where you can watch it.

The film made its standard OTT debut on Netflix on January 30, 2026, 56 days after its theatrical release. The digital version runs 3 hours 25 minutes — slightly trimmed from the theatrical 3 hours 34 minutes — and streams in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. Trade reports have consistently pegged the digital rights deal at around Rs 130 crore, a figure said to cover both Dhurandhar and its sequel, making it one of the biggest streaming deals of Ranveer Singh’s career.

Then came the version fans were really waiting for. Billed as “Raw & Undekha,” the uncut edition — with extended action sequences, deeper narrative moments and uncensored dialogue — first surfaced internationally on Netflix around mid-May 2026. In India, JioHotstar mounted a grand digital premiere on June 4, 2026, complete with a 30-minute pre-show featuring cast interactions and behind-the-scenes material, before the film began regular streaming on the platform from June 5, 2026.

The story follows Hamza Ali Mazari, played by Ranveer Singh — an undercover Indian intelligence operative who infiltrates Karachi’s dangerous Lyari underworld, dismantles the nexus between local gangsters and the ISI, and works to prevent terror attacks on India. He is backed by a formidable ensemble: Akshaye Khanna as the menacing Rehman Dakait, R Madhavan as the intelligence chief who recruits him, alongside Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, Sara Arjun and Rakesh Bedi. The film draws on real-life flashpoints including the 26/11 Mumbai attacks, the 2001 Parliament attack and the IC 814 hijacking.

The box office run behind it was historic. According to trade tracker Sacnilk, Dhurandhar collected approximately Rs 835.5 crore net in India, with the India gross crossing Rs 1,000 crore and the worldwide total touching roughly Rs 1,301 crore. It crossed the Rs 1,000 crore mark within three weeks of release and went on to become the highest-grossing Hindi film of all time — also ranking among the longest Indian films ever made at 214 minutes.

The saga did not end there. The sequel, Dhurandhar: The Revenge, released theatrically on March 19, 2026, and followed its own path to streaming — premiering on JioHotstar in India on June 5, 2026. If you are starting the franchise now, the natural order is the standard Netflix cut of Part 1, the Raw & Undekha edition for the complete experience, and then the sequel.
